馬星投資21億 江蘇發展高檔綜合計劃

(吉隆坡2日訊)馬星集團(MAHSING,8583,主要板房產)將在中國江蘇省京杭大運河地段,進行高檔住宅與商區綜合發展計劃,整體投資額預計達6億2000萬美元(約20億9554萬令吉)。 馬星集團旗下子公司馬星國際(香港),計劃與北京的丹龍置業公司建立聯營公司,在常州市武進區的中心地段展開這項綜合發展計劃。 這個地段面積達87.31英畝,位于京杭大運河北部,是武進區的心臟地段,也是該區的第一發展用地。 馬星國際佔51% 馬星集團旗下子公司馬星國際(香港)與北京的丹龍置業公司,以及武進區政府已簽署工程意向書(LOI)。公司已向馬證交所報備此事。 在聯營公司協議中,馬星國際將佔51%股權,丹龍置業公司則佔49%,丹龍置業在這項計劃中將投資8000萬美元(約2億7036萬令吉)。 另外,武進區政府亦為聯營公司提供其他可發展地段:武進高新區北部一個佔地53.13英畝地段(第二發展用地),及鳴凰鎮鄰近佔地82.37英畝地段(第三發展用地)。 常州市武進區位于中國江蘇省北部,是長江三角洲的中心點,與上海、蘇州、南江及杭州毗鄰。 常州市人口多達440萬人,該市曾穫《福布斯》(Forbes)雜誌評為中國第九大最佳經商都市,武進區則在中國百大最佳城市中位居第八名。 喬治市發展高檔公寓 馬星集團(MAHSING,8583,主要板房產)旗下子公司Klassik Tropika將在檳城喬治市,進行高檔公寓發展計劃。 這個地段佔地3.38英畝地段,位于喬治市中心,在派吉大道(Pykett Avenue)與車水路一帶。 子公司以3865萬令吉向Khaw Bian Cheng公司購下這個地段,高檔公寓發展計劃總發展值預計達2億8000萬令吉,馬星集團已向馬證交所報備此事。 公司發表文告指出,隨著集團早前在檳島峇都茅推出的 Southbay 房屋發展計劃供不應求,這項購地計劃正好符合公司未來的業務拓展。 公寓發展計劃的初步構想是推出面積1400、1800與2500平方呎的單位。
